We know that plans can change. Therefore, we offer a free change of your booking date. Just inform us about it at least 7 days before arrival. Only reservations made through our website and by phone are subject to this change.

There is an option to use our buffets:
- breakfast buffet with drinks and dessert available from 7:30 to 10:30, at the price of 50.00 PLN,
- lunch buffet with drinks and dessert available from 13:00 to 14:30, at the price of 50.00 PLN,
- dinner buffet with drinks and dessert available from 16:00 to 19:00, at the price of 55.00 PLN.
Starting from April 1, 2025, we are introducing a combined lunch and dinner buffet, which will replace the current separate lunch and dinner buffets.

Additional charges:
- Climate fee of 6.20 PLN/day/person.
- Parking: The price of parking depends on the length of stay. Due to the attractive location of the Kielczanka Center and a limited number of parking spaces, please inform us in advance. We do not guarantee the availability of spaces.

- Children stay: children up to the age of 4 stay free of charge if they sleep on the parents' bed. Children aged 4 to 10 receive a 40% discount (detailed calculation at the reception). Children aged 11 and over are considered as full-paying.
- Pets stay: we love animals, but our rooms are not adapted to accommodate them, therefore the stay of pets in Kielczanka is not possible.
Parking:
- From May 1 to September 30, 24-hour guarded parking
- From October 1 to April 30, unguarded parking space
- The price of parking depends on the duration of the stay.

From 1.V till 30.IX guarded parking 24/7. From 1.X till 30.IV place on the unguarded parking. Parking fee depends on the lenghts of stay.
