· 1 x warm peat bath with pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, muscle-relaxing and relaxing effects

· 1 x partial peat bath (hands or feet)

· 1 x warm brine bath, which improves metabolism, leading to detoxification of the body from toxins and deposits, and also acts as a painkiller, anti-inflammatory and relaxant

· 2 x partial warm brine baths (hands or feet)

· 2 x segmental massage, which relaxes, relieves tension, loosens and calms

· 1 x brine inhalation, cleansing the upper and lower respiratory tracts, bactericidal action
