Rules
In Kielczanka we care about the environment. If you wish to change towels, please leave them on the floor.
Room cleaning is available on request from Monday to Friday until 15:00. Cleaning takes place only after a card with the inscription “Please clean up” on the door. Smoking and e-cigarettes is prohibited throughout the resort. Violation of the prohibition entails debiting the account with a fee of PLN 500.00 pln.

Breakfast: from 7.30 to 10.30
Lunch: from 13.00 to 14.30
Dinner: from 16.00 to 19.00
The number of meals depends on the accommodation option purchased. All meals are served buffet style at the restaurant on level 0.

Medical treatments are performed from Monday to Friday in the Treatment Base at level -1.
Nurse's office and doctor's office are located on level 1.
